Grand Prix SwimRun - 13th Jan
Location: Lido Aquatic Centre, Park Road, Palmerston North
Timing: From 7am to 30 mins before your race
The Manawatu Mile - 13th Jan
Location: Athletes can pick up their race pack from the event marquee on the grassed area next to the Hokowhitu Lagoon on Centennial Drive.
Timing: 12-1pm
The Palmy Sprint Tri - 14th Jan
Timing: 7am to 8am
